The Hop Cannon is an automated dry hopping system for direct injection of hop pellets into the fermenter. The Cannon includes a CO2 buffer tank, hopper and compressor. The hops feed from the hopper into a CO2 purged chamber, and are then blasted using CO2 through a hose or pipe, into the downtube arm and into the fermenter. The automation stores your recipes, ensuring consistency from operator to operator.

The Hop Cone is a pressurized vessel with a removable perforated standpipe, top-mounted mixer and pump to allow for dry hopping via wort recirculation. The perforated standpipe is on a tri-clamp fitting and is easily removed for cleaning. The Hop Cone can be either portable on a cart or stationary on legs. It can be built to suit your required hop capacity and is complete with top hatch, PRVB, pressure gauges on Inlet/Outlet, CO2 gas diffuser on outlet line, strainer assembly, dish bottom, caster wheels, centrifugal pump with washdown motor and VFD.
The Hop Torpedo is a portable, pressurized vessel with a false bottom and pump to allow for dry hopping via wort recirculation. The 95 Litre/25 Gallon volume vessel is mounted on a frame with a hinge, for easy removal of hops and cleaning. The vessel features a top hatch, PRVB, pressure gauges on inlet & outlet, CO2 gas diffuser, caster wheels, centrifugal pump with washdown motor and VFD. The Hop Torpedo is useful for5 BBL to 20 BBL fermenters.
