  • Metal Finisher / Labourer

    A Metal Finisher/Labourer is needed to join the Finishing Department. We work primarily in stainless steel and copper. Our benefits include extended medical and dental, plus a company-matching registered pension plan.

    Qualifications
    Hands on mechanical and fabrication shop experience;
    Extensive use of various power tools;
    Industrial/manufacturing experience;
    Proven attendance and safety record.

  • Sheet Metal Worker: Apprentice Level 1 through to Journeyman

    Qualifications
    Entry Level Trades; Apprentice or Journeyman
    Industrial/manufacturing experience;

    Materials handling; layout and shear;
    Rolling and forming metal to specification;

    Blueprint reading;
    TIG welding considered an asset;
    Crane and forklift experience considered an asset.

  • Welder-Fabricator

    We work primarily in stainless steel, with some work in aluminum and mild steel, and have an increasing requirement for coppersmithing. Our benefits include extended medical and dental, plus a company-matching registered pension plan.

    The wage is competitive, and depends upon level of experience and qualifications. Our benefits include extended medical plus company matching pension plan after 6 months.

    Experience needed:
    TIG welding is essential
    Stainless steel fabrication

    Experience preferred in:
    Coppersmithing
    Copper to stainless
    Brazing

  • Project Manager - Brewery & Distillery Design Specialist

    The Project Management team requires a Project Manager to help design and manufacture projects of varying size and complexity. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the execution of project milestones until delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be comfortable making technical decisions, creating plans, interfacing with clients and partners on a continual basis, and controlling and reporting on activities. Your focus will be to meet the client’s expectations by overseeing all aspects of the projects, from the grand conception to the fine details.

    This role requires a mature, well-rounded person with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is able to meet tight deadlines, work well with a diverse and committed team, and have excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.

    Responsibilities:
    Manage multiple projects from the sales handoff through scope, engineering design and system configuration, scheduling, manufacturing, shop oversight, documentation, final delivery and customer installation.
    Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and delivering on quality.
    Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
    Understand project scopes and ensure designs are configured appropriately.
    Develop project specification documents and CAD layout and utility drawings.
    Support the project teams by improving internal processes and recommending design solutions.

    Qualifications:
    Mechanical Engineering degree, Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma, or similar education required.
    Project management and relevant technical experience.
    Experienced in design and drafting using AutoCAD
    Experience in any of brewery design, distilleries, automation systems, and pressure vessels considered assets.
    PMP certification is considered an asset.
